USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTION

If you would like Digital Companion (“DigiCo”) to delete your personal information, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email to mail@mydigico.com, including the following information:
– Your full name
– Your email address associated with your DigiCo account (if applicable)
– A clear and specific request to delete your personal information
– Any other information that may help us locate and identify your personal information in our system

2. We will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

3. Please note that once your personal information is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
